In-House Counsel Annual Plans for Entrepreneurs
We provide MANDATUS™ in-house counselling annual plans for entrepreneurs. Through these plans Pinsky Law serves as corporate general counsel on a part-time basis for entrepreneurs whose businesses require dedicated, in-house legal management and resources, but are not yet large enough to justify hiring full-time general counsel. We advance our clients in a way that gives them the knowledge and ability needed to maximize their companies' commercial and intellectual property value and minimize future legal defence costs.
Each plan incorporates a mandatory one hour initial consultation. Telephone and eMail consultations are available, for those outside of Toronto and Kitchener/Waterloo areas. You also can schedule the initial consultation before purchasing a plan by purchasing just the initial consultation. Following the payment please send us an eMail to schedule the initial consultation. In your eMail please provide a detailed description of your case, issues involved, and services you require, along with a payment reference number that will appear on the eMail receipt.

Annual Legal Checkup The Annual Legal Checkup provides you with an essential comprehensive review of your business. We will review all of your legal documents (including contracts, insurance policies, etc.) ensuring that they are up to date and providing the proper protections. We will also consider your business growth or plans for growth such as rolling out a new product, hiring an employee or adding an investor, partner, etc. to ensure that your liabilities are limited. Legal Documents Several essential legal documents are included in your MANDATUS™ Plan and will be drafted to fit your business needs when you need them: Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Commercial Lease, Trademark Application(s), Employment Agreement(s), Independent Contractor Agreement(s), License Agreement, Non-Disclosure agreement, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for your business' website. Conferences Conferences give you the opportunity to connect with us to discuss your latest plans, obtain advice and deal with any legal issues that come up throughout the year.
